Hi, I'm Paul Martinelli, owner of SRQ Custom Cabinetry in Sarasota, Florida.

My passion for custom cabinetry began over 40 years ago when I studied woodworking in high school and started my career under the mentorship of one of New Jersey's most respected custom craftsmen. That training, combined with a commitment to quality and attention to detail, led me to launch my first company, Archer Custom Cabinetry, in 1984.

In 1990, my wife Tina and I relocated to Sarasota to build both our family and our future. Soon after, I founded FineCraft Custom Cabinetry, bringing high-end custom woodworking and craftsmanship to Florida's growing luxury home market. Over the next three decades, FineCraft became one of the most recognized custom cabinetry companies on Florida's Gulf Coast, known for exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with homeowners, custom builders, architects, and designers to create cabinetry solutions that are both beautiful and functional. My commitment has always been the same: provide exceptional quality, thoughtful design, and a personalized experience for every client.

After selling FineCraft in 2019, I took a brief pause before returning to what I love most: helping clients bring their vision to life. Today, SRQ Custom Cabinetry continues that tradition, serving discerning homeowners and custom builders throughout Sarasota and the surrounding areas.

With more than four decades of experience and a reputation built on integrity, craftsmanship, and service, I remain passionate about creating custom cabinetry that adds lasting value and beauty to every home.
